Returns and Exchange Policy

 

At NZ Boxer, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days, using one of the following methods:

 

Online and in-store Purchases

If you wish to return an item, it must first be given return clearance by our customer service team, who can be contacted at 0800 BOXING or sales@nzboxer.com.  All returns, unless otherwise directed, should be returned to our head office warehouse.

  • The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc.
  • Please take include your invoice with as the return as it will serve as proof of purchase.
  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.

 

    -     If you believe the items are not as described or you believe we have made a mistake with your order or delivery, please call our Customer Service team on
          0800BOXING or  (078461484) who will arrange for the return cost of items to our warehouse for processing.
    -     If you personally made an error ordering the items, Then it is your responsibility to return the items back to our warehouse and the courier charges for that.
          If required we will be happy to arrange this for you at cost via the courier company we use.

  • Please bring or send a copy of your receipt or other evidence of purchase.
  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.

 

Exceptions

The below items are excluded from this policy, except where they are faulty

  • Vouchers
  • Underwear
  • Compression Clothing
  • Any purchases made at wholesale pricing must be returned within 2 week for a refund. We may offer a store credit after this time at our discretion
  • Mouthguards
  • Any Item purchased under "final sale"
  • Any NZ Boxer brand items purchased from a reseller or agent. These items should be returned to the reseller under their returns policy.
