At NZ Boxer we use Mainfreight for heavier/bulkier Deliveries and Fastway couriers for smaller stuff (up to 25 kg). Most deliveries to North Island addresses will occur the Next day! (unless rural). South Island deliveries are usually 2-3 days. Our operational policy is always, 100% of the time within our operating hours to get your order packed and with the courier straight away.  You're here likely because something is taking longer to arrive than expected. From here you can track your order. 

1/ Check the email account you used when placing your order, Either Mainfreight or Fastway will have sent you a tracking no' (if not there be sure to check your junk mail).

3/ In the event no email has been received! Please allow up to 4hrs from order placement, overnight for orders placed after 3 pm Mon-Fri and  For weekend orders. expect notification by Monday morning.
